This year, Annick Marteau and her brother are undertaking a cycling challenge across the Loire.
A meaningful journey, driven by a deeply personal story and a strong desire:
to raise awareness about breast cancer and support prevention and research.
Annick is taking on this challenge today with her brother, driven by a deeply personal story.
Following the loss of their sister, who passed away from breast cancer at the age of 37, this project became an obvious path forward: transforming this hardship into action.
Through this journey, she hopes to raise awareness, share, and contribute, in her own way, to advancing prevention.
They will set off from Mont-Gerbier-de-Jonc to Saint-Nazaire, then on to Noirmoutier.
A symbolic route.
This is where their sister rests.
Through this challenge, they wish to honour her memory, but also to think of all those who are fighting, those who have gone through the illness, and those we will never forget.
Every kilometre covered becomes:
Because being better informed is already taking action.
Because prevention can make the difference.
an act of awareness
a message of prevention
a support for research
Every contribution helps support:
